Home watch is a scheduled inspection of your vacant or seasonal home while you're away. Erick Centeno Remodeling does a documented interior and exterior check on a set cadence — looking for leaks, pests, storm damage, and system failures — and sends a photo report after each visit, so small problems get caught before they become expensive ones.
Most second-home owners on the East End choose weekly or bi-weekly visits. Homes with pools, older systems, or that sit empty all winter benefit from weekly checks; a newer, simpler home may be fine bi-weekly. We recommend a cadence after the first walkthrough.
